Delivery

All orders are hand-packed by me from my home in the UK.

I aim to process all orders within 2 working days from the order date (Monday - Friday excluding UK bank holidays).

Please ensure you include an up-to-date email address and phone number if you wish to receive tracking or be contacted by the courier regarding your order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by weight and delivery location in your shopping basket.

UK Shipping

The majority of UK orders are shipped via First Class Royal Mail. Some larger orders might be shipped via a courier.

Parcels usually arrive the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days.

International Shipping

I am able to ship books to most countries around the world.

Usually this is via courier, but sometimes will be via Royal Mail, and will always be a tracked service. Parcels usually arrive within 10 working days for Europe, 15 working days for the US, and 25 working days for the rest of the world.

Timescales can vary during busier periods.

You will receive a tracking number automatically in your dispatch notification email.

All orders sent outside the UK will be handled by the courier as 'delivered duties unpaid' (DDU), which means the customer is responsible for paying any import/handling fees or customs duties that may be applied in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country and value of your order.

Lost Orders

Should your order not arrive within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with me. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a UK parcel lost until 13 working days after posting. International mail within Europe is not considered lost until 25 working days after posting, and mail outside of Europe is 32 working days.

I will be able to claim for lost parcels after this time.
